65lb bar (women) 95lb bar (men)

  • Clean
  • 5 Front Squat
  • 5 Push Press
  • 5 Back Squat
  • 5 Push Press
  • 5 Lunges (per leg)
  • 5 Bent row

** Repeat 7 times without ever putting the bar on the floor**
