65lb bar (women) 95lb bar (men)
- Clean
- 5 Front Squat
- 5 Push Press
- 5 Back Squat
- 5 Push Press
- 5 Lunges (per leg)
- 5 Bent row
** Repeat 7 times without ever putting the bar on the floor**
