Try this circuit once through for time:
- 400m sprint
- 25 push-ups
- 25 lunges (per leg)
- 400m sprint
- 50 squats
- 50 sit-ups
- 400m sprint
- 25 body-rows
- 25 squat thrusters
- 100 bootstrappers
