Try this circuit once through for time:

  • 400m sprint
  • 25 push-ups
  • 25 lunges (per leg)
  • 400m sprint
  • 50 squats
  • 50 sit-ups
  • 400m sprint
  • 25 body-rows
  • 25 squat thrusters
  • 100 bootstrappers
