  • 30 Box Jump Burpees
  • 30 Hanging Knees to Elbows
  • 30 Pull Ups
  • 30 Thrusters
  • 30 KB High Pull
  • 30 Push Press
  • 30 Box Jumps
  • 30 Wall Ball
