03/25/08 Workout of the Day (WoD)

Complete the following series 3 times for time:

  • 400m Sprint
  • 25 Squats
  • 15 Push Ups
  • 35 Sit Ups
  • 10 Lunges (Per Leg)

Finish with a final 400m Sprint.
