  • 20 Sec L-Sit
  • 15 SDLHP
  • 20 Sec L-Sit
  • 15 Pull Ups
  • 20 Sec L-Sit
  • 30 Jumping Lunges
  • 20 Sec L-Sit
  • 20 Sec Bridge
