02/17/08 Workout of the Day (WoD)

Ladder by 2’s from 2 - 20 and then back down to 2 (ie 2,4,6…20,18,16…4,2 Rep rounds of each exercise):
- Double Unders
- Push Ups
Then finish with a set of Tabata bottom to bottom squats.

This took the two of us sharing a skipping rope, 29 minutes, but we added sit ups. On Sunday I will do this by myself, and add pull ups. should be fun.

Nice Job, 200 Pull Ups has to be fun =)
